a Letter from our president

Dear Friends of the Greenwich Old Timers Athletic Association,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each of you—our supporters, sponsors, volunteers, and community members—who make the mission of the Greenwich Old Timers Athletic Association possible.

For over six decades, the Old Timers have remained committed to a simple but powerful idea: that every young person deserves the chance to participate in sports, to learn the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, and to benefit from the mentorship that athletics can provide. Through your generosity, we've helped remove financial barriers and provided meaningful support to hundreds of local student-athletes and athletic programs.

This past year has been an inspiring chapter in our story. Whether through scholarships for deserving students, financial aid to local athletic programs, or memorable events like our Annual Dinner and our Annual Golf Outing, your involvement continues to fuel our ability to make a lasting difference. It is through these shared efforts that we celebrate the past, support the present, and invest in the future of athletics in our community.

As we look ahead, we are excited to continue building on our legacy. We invite you to stay engaged, attend our upcoming events, and spread the word about our mission. Every donation, every volunteer hour, and every show of support strengthens our impact.

Thank you for being an essential part of the Greenwich Old Timers family. Together, we honor the past—and champion the future.

With warm regards and appreciation,

Peter E. Carlson, Jr.

President, Board of Directors
